mixed feelings about the stay
friendly staffhigh noise levelunpleasant smell
the staff were friendly enough during check-in
the noise levels were quite high i could hear conversations from other rooms and people walking past it disrupted my sleep several nights the room also had a lingering unpleasant smell like mildew it made the apartment feel unclean and stuffy even with the windows open

I stayed in a penthouse apartment for four nights. The apartment provided more than enough space! The kitchen included all possible accessories. The balcony offered spectacolous views.
The pool lacked sunlight throughout the entire day. The location is farther from the beach than indicated. The breakfast selection was very poor.

the apartment felt spacious with a nice balcony. a supermarket IS located close by, very convenient. i liked that the staff work at reception were friendly. They where always avaible.
the air conditioning exhausted hot air onto the patio, so sitting there was uncomfortable. When i was there the restaurant onsite had limited times and menu options. plus, kitchen items were missing in the rooms and I had to ask the front desk for them. it was inconvenient.

Breakfast had a decent selection (though I wouldn't write home about it). Staff were mostly visible and seemed to be doing their jobs.
The noise was a real issue. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Sleep was difficult, especially with doors slamming at all hours. I needed earplugs to get any rest at all.

Apartment had decent size and good view.
The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived. There was hair in the shower drain. The cleaning service only comes every four days, so I had to deal with it myself. This isn't what I expect, especially when you pay good money.
